This was the pitch video for our Kickstarter campaign which ended November 29th. It gives an overview of the problems with hops and how we are changing them.

Changing the Industry

Our team is dedicated to revolutionizing the hop growing industry. We believe that there is always a better way of doing things. We are inspired to support the process of brewing better beer. We are a contract grower, able to produce any hop variety at any time of the year. Seems impossible right?!

The Round Table Hops Team

The key to our growing method is a state-of-the-art active solar greenhouse that harnesses the ability of soil to store energy released by the sun during warm months and release that heat energy during the harsh winter months. This is a sustainable way to maintain an ambient temperature year-round. Combined with a sophisticated hydroponic growing system, we are able to manipulate the nutrients received by each plant, capturing and recycling those not absorbed. With bees as natural pollinators of our plants, we are able to construct a closed-loop system that efficiently reproduces any growing environment.

There can’t be good living where there is not good drinking.
